MTS 3G ready for launch in three more cities
Following its commercial 3G launch in St Petersburg, reported yesterday in CommsUpdate, Russia?s leading cellco by subscribers Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) says it is ?technically ready? to launch 3G services in Sochi, Kazan and Yekaterinburg. The
